For the cream:

• 150 ml cold milk (1.5% fat)
• 200 g cream

Preparation

1. Place the cold milk and cream in a high mixing bowl.
2. Add the contents of the bag and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest speed, then whisk on the highest speed for about 2 minutes.
3. Then fold in the crumbles.

Tip:

To decorate cupcakes or cakes: before folding in the crumble, remove about 1 tablespoon and fold in the remaining crumble.Then arrange the cream (e.g. with a piping bag) on the pastry and decorate with the remaining sprinkles.
