Superfood bread free from flour and yeast
With our Favourite Pumpkin Seed Bread, you can easily bake your own nutritious, vegan, gluten-free bread – that tastes great, too. Our bread mix is completely free from flour and yeast and supplies valuable proteins, fibre, minerals and healthy fats. As well as gluten-free wholegrain oat flakes, this delicious bread is packed with sunflower seeds, linseed and pumpkin seeds. These superfoods are the perfect way to start the day.
And it’s easy to make – simply pour in boiling water, give it a stir, and you’re good to go. No need for all that kneading!
What you’ll need:
Tip: You can also bake this bread without a baking tin. After soaking, shape the dough into a loaf or rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. You can even spread the dough across the entire tray and cut it into bars. Baking time for bread rolls and bars is reduced to around 30 minutes.
