But what actually is porridge?
Porridge has been a staple of the British breakfast table for many years and is known as oatmeal in the US. Porridge is currently enjoying a resurgence. And for good reason – it’s full of complex carbohydrates, valuable nutrients, minerals and fibre and plant-based proteins. For that extra helping of protein, our protein porridge, with up to 40% less sugar and 17 g protein per portion, is the perfect meal – not just in the morning, but also as an energy boost between meals or after exercise.
