Light Vegan Biscuits

Biscuits and cookies are a must in the festive season.

weeks. So it’s easy for you to bake ahead and enjoy the biscuits for
the entire festive season. Homemade cookies are always a highlight as a
gift or something to bring.You can bake vegan Christmas biscuits quickly
and easily with our vegan biscuit mix.


What else you’ll need

  • 150 g vegan margarine
  • 15 ml (3 tsp) lukewarm water


Make the dough:

  1. Put the baking mix and margarine in a
    mixing bowl. Make into crumbs using an electric hand mixer (dough hook),
    then knead by hand into a smooth dough and shape into a ball.
  2. Leave
    the dough to rest in the fridge for around 30 minutes. Cooling the
    dough for longer makes it easier to roll out. If the dough is very hard,
    give it a quick knead through on a floury surface.

To bake:

  1. First of all, pre-heat the oven top and bottom heat to approx. 200 °C (fan approx. 180 °C).
  2. Roll
    out the dough thinly on a floury surface, cut out shapes using cookie
    cutters and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake
    on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for around 10 minutes. The
    baking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the biscuits
    cut out.


  1. Mix the glaze mix with the
    water. If the glaze is still too thick, simply add a few drops of water
    until you achieve the desired consistency. Decorate the cooled biscuits
    as desired with the liquid glaze and sprinkle with sugar stars before
    the glaze sets.
