Organic Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a universally beloved classic. Whether baked, as a ‘no-bake alternative’, with fruit or with a brownie base. There are all kinds of cheesecakes.

It isn’t just a hit here at home: in almost every country, there are countless recipes for what are said to be the best cheesecakes in the world. Those who like their cheesecake with a buttery shortcrust base will love our organic cheesecake. What makes our version so good?

It’s simple! The finely balanced ingredients make it effortless to make. The Bourbon vanilla also gives the cake a particularly flavourful note. It isn’t just the flavour that makes this cheesecake so good. We use only the best controlled organic ingredients to make it.


What else you’ll need

For the dough:

  • 100 g soft butter
  • 1 medium egg

For the cream:

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 300 g yoghurt (1.5%)
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 150 g melted butter


Make the dough

  1. Preheat a conventional oven to around 180 °C (fan approx. 160°C) and line a springform tin (26 cm in diameter) with baking paper.
  2. Put the baking mix, butter and egg into a mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer (dough hook) to turn into a sponge mix. Now put the mix into the lined springform tin and press firm to the base, creating an edge around 3 cm tall.

Make the cream and bake

  1. First of all, melt the butter slowly in a pot.
  2. Then put the cream powder in a bowl with the quark, yoghurt and eggs and mix with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on a medium setting for around 1 minute until smooth. Now add the melted butter and mix for another minute with the electric hand mixer on a medium setting until smooth.
  3. The mixture can now be spread on the prepared base and baked in the bottom third of the preheated oven. For fan ovens, the suggested baking time is around 5 minutes longer.


  1. After baking, place the cake on a wire rack to cool and carefully loosen the springform edge using a table knife after around 15 minutes.
