We only use natural ingredients: spelt and wholegrain oat flakes to leave you feeling fuller for longer, hemp seeds, flaxseed, chopped almonds and pumpkins seeds for added crunch, and the sweet taste of dates – 100% vegan and top organic quality.

Preparation: Sachet contents + boiling water + give it a stir + leave to soak for 3 minutes = ready!
Tip: The porridge can also be made using milk or grain-based drink. Pour over with 140 ml of liquid and heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds at 600 watts.
