Organic Red Cake Glaze

With our organic cake glaze, we have created a plant-based organic jelly glaze guaranteed to make your fruit tart the shining star of a cake buffet! The fine consistency and natural colouring from beetroot helps bring out the moisture of the fruit and keep it fresh for a long time. Agar makes the cake glaze nice and firm.

All of the ingredients in our organic cake glaze come from certified controlled organic farming. It’s unbelievably simple to make: simply mix the powder with boiling water and sugar and pour over the fruit tart.


What else you’ll need

  • 250 ml water or diluted fruit juice
  • 1- 2 level tbsp sugar


  1. Pour 250 ml water or diluted fruit juice into a small pot.
  2. Add the content of the sachet and the desired amount of sugar and whisk together well.
  3. You should now bring the liquid to the boil, stirring well.
  4. Leave the tart glaze to cool for around 1 minute. Gradually spread over the fruit-covered tart and leave to set.
  5. Cut the tart only once the tart glaze has cooled entirely.
