Ruby Chocolate Cheesecake

The chocolate innovation in a no-bake cake

Ruby chocolate is the group’s fourth member, alongside dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate – it’s a whole new variety. Ruby isn’t artificially coloured or flavoured white chocolate. It is made from very special cocoa beans and naturally reddish-pink without added colours.

But it’s not just the colour that makes it so special – it’s the flavour, too. The pink chocolate’s strong red berry flavour and fine acidic note sets it apart.

Now, you won’t just find ruby in the chocolate aisle. With our ruby cheesecake, we’re bringing this pink-hued delight to the baking section. And when you make it, you don’t even have to switch the oven on. This no-bake cheesecake tastes delicious and creamy, fruity and sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The biscuit base made from pink biscuit crumbs is the jewel in the crown of this ruby masterpiece!

Tip: Even the baking tin is included, so all you need to do is add a handful of fresh ingredients and the cheesecake is ready to chill and serve in just a few easy steps.

What else you’ll need

For the base:

  • 40 g butter

For the cheesecake cream:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 75 ml lukewarm water
  • 300 g cream cheese (full-fat)


Make the base

  1. Fold the baking tin as described in the instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in a pot, leave to cool slightly and mix in a bowl with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Place the crumbs in the baking tin, smooth out until even using the underside of a tablespoon, and press lightly on the base.

Make the cheesecake cream

  1. Beat the cold cream until firm.
  2. Put the cream powder in a mixing bowl, add lukewarm water and stir with a whisk. Slowly stir in the cream cheese and fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Spread the cheesecake cream evenly over the base and chill for at least 2.5 hours in the fridge. Before serving, loosen from the sides of the baking tin using a knife and smooth the edges. Then sprinkle the ruby decorations over the cake.


Pieces of butter cookies: wheat flour, sugar, butter, wheat starch, fructose-glucose syrup, colouring food radish, skimmed-milk powder, salt, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), sweet whey powder, natural bourbon vanilla flavouring.

Cremepowder: sugar, maltodextrin, gelatine, modified starch, acid citric acid, natural flavouring.

Chocolate coated crumbles (7%): Ruby chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa mass, emulsifier soya lecithins, acid citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring), crumbles (wheat flour, sugar, whole wheat flour, coconut oil, dextrose, honey, skimmed-milk powder, salt, raising agent sodium carbonates), cocoa butter, glazing agent gum arabic.
