Vanilla-flavoured quark dessert

What about a tasty, creamy vanilla quark? Our vanilla quark dessert gives your quark a wonderful creamy consistency and a great vanilla flavour. Simply mix with quark and a little milk and enjoy! If you like it fruity, serve this popular dessert with fresh fruit.

What else you’ll need

  • 200 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 250 g low-fat quark

Preparation

  1. Pour 200 ml milk into a mixing bowl. Add the contents of the sachet and mix with a whisk.
  2. Add 250 g low-fat quark and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the finished quark dessert into a glass bowl or dessert glasses and place in the fridge before serving.
