Vegan Whipped Cream

Whipped cream is to cakes what ice cream is to summer. Nice firm peaks make the cake taste much better. But what can you do if you’re a vegan?

Sometimes vegan baking can be lots of work. But with a couple of simple helpers, it can be easy, too. Like our vegan whipped cream, for example: Simply mix with water, soya, oat or almond milk and it’s ready to serve. Our vegan whipped cream is of course free from any animal-based products. Whether as a topping for fruit and dessert or for decorating tarts and cupcakes, our whipped cream is always a delight!

What else you’ll need

  • 200 ml cold water (max. 20 °C) per sachet

Preparation

  1. Pour 200 ml cold water (max. 20 °C) into a tall mixing vessel, add the contents of a sachet and blend briefly with an electric hand mixer on the lowest setting.
  2. Then beat for 4 minutes on the highest setting.
  3. The cream can now be used right away.
