That’s where Bourbon vanilla gets its name.Since you won’t always have the aromatic flavour to hand at home in vanilla pods, our Bourbon vanilla paste is the ideal ingredient for your baking cupboard.

How do I use the vanilla paste?

With its thick texture, our Bourbon vanilla paste is much easier to portion than a whole vanilla pod, which needs to be cut open and scraped. The rice syrup-based paste helps preserve the fine fragrance and delicious flavour of the vanilla pod, without losing its aroma. The paste is easy to stir into dough, custard and cream. One tablespoon of paste provides the flavour equivalent of a whole vanilla pod. Thanks to the resealable tube, you’ve always got vanilla to hand – ready to use and easy to portion.
