Chocolate sprinkles really come into their own at Christmas and are an absolute must at the height of the biscuit-baking season. Just ask anybody who bakes with children. Without chocolate sprinkles, baking (and eating) is only half as nice.

Our organic couverture chips contain at least 32% cocoa, so they are remarkably rich and chocolatey. We only use raw materials from controlled organic farming and use raw cane sugar instead of classic white sugar.
