Classic Rice Pudding

There’s nothing more wonderful on those autumn and winter nights than getting in from the cold and curling up under a blanket with a warm and comforting bowl of rice pudding. We have a quick classic rice pudding mix for everyone who loves this dish. Whether as a dessert or a sweet main course, this rice dish is balm for the soul.

It’s nice and easy to make. Simply stir into 500 ml of hot milk and leave to soak for 10 minutes – and you’re done. All burn-free. Some like it with cinnamon and sugar. Others love it with fresh fruit or compote.


What else you’ll need

500 ml (1/2 l) milk (1.5% fat)


  1. Bring 500 ml (1/2 l) milk to the boil and remove the pot from the hob.
  2. Now scatter in the contents of the sachet, constantly stirring with a whisk, and continue stirring for approximately 1 minute. Do not place the pot back on the hob. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Give the mixture another good stir and plate up.
