Our Rufin cornflour is made of pure corn starch and is a real dab hand with sweet and savoury cuisine. This all-rounder has a variety of uses, from binding sauces, soups and creams to enhancing cakes, pies and biscuits.
The pure corn starch is gluten-free and also suitable for a light, vegetarian or vegan diet.
Always mix cornflour into cold fluid, add to hot food and leave to boil briefly.
