It’s hard to find a simple recipe for tasty gluten-free muffins. Converting the simplest recipes with flours containing gluten isn’t an easy task. We set our minds to developing a recipe for you and created these wonderfully moist and chocolatey muffins. With lots of crisp chocolate chips and a wonderful chocolate flavour, these muffins are a dream come true. They’re nice and easy to prepare and the cases are already included.

baking mixture: sugar, rice flour, potato starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, baking powder (raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, acid diphosphates), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), salt, natural flavouring.
cocoa containing fat glaze (14 %): sugar, vegetable fats (palm, cocos, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder (20 %), lactose, emulsifier lecithins.
