Organic Cornflour

Starch is an all-rounder that has been a must for every kitchen for many years. The pure corn starch is versatile and can be used in a variety of ways for baking and cooking – to bind sauces, soups and creams and lighten cakes, tarts and biscuits. Corn starch is gluten-free and also suitable for a light, vegetarian or vegan diet. All ingredients for our organic products come from certified controlled organic farming.

Preparation

Always mix cornflour into cold fluid, add to hot food and leave to boil briefly.

How to use:

  • Soups: 15-20g for 500ml fluid
  • Sauces: 25-25g for 500ml fluid
  • Creams: 25-35g for 500ml fluid
  • Desserts and fruit dishes: 35-45g fluid
