gelatine. With our tart glaze, you can rest easy. It’s made using the
plant-based thickening agent carrageenan.
Our tart glaze creates a
lovely sheen and keeps the fruit fresh for longer. It’s unbelievably
simple to make: simply mix the powder with boiling water and sugar and
pour over the fruit tart.
