For beaten egg whites:

  • 80 ml water for 10 g egg white substitute


2 eggs each:

  1. Whip 10 g egg white substitute + 80 ml water + 7 minutes with a hand mixer (whisk) or food processor.
  2. Then process as desired like beaten egg whites.
