Our strawberry-flavoured tart glaze brings out the fresh and fruity flavour of the strawberries and gives the strawberry tart a lovely scarlet sheen, so you can enjoy strawberry season to the fullest. It’s unbelievably simple to make: simply mix the powder with boiling water and sugar and pour over the fruit tart.
