But what actually is porridge?

Porridge has been a staple of the British breakfast table for many years and is known as oatmeal in the US. Porridge is currently enjoying a resurgence. And for good reason – it’s full of complex carbohydrates, valuable nutrients, minerals and fibre and plant-based proteins. Combined with fresh fruit and delicious flavours, porridge is extremely versatile and a real taste sensation.

Our chia and almond porridge is the perfect energy source. The soft oats combined with the chia seeds, rich in anti-oxidants, minerals and fibre, create a balanced meal. The delicate flavour of the almonds completes the taste sensation. Even if you need to get going quickly in the morning, our porridge is the perfect companion. Simply pour on hot water, wait a little while, and let the feeling of warmth and comfort spread through you as you eat.


What else you’ll need

  • 150 ml boiling water


  1. Put the contents of the sachet in a cup or bowl.
  2. Add 150 ml boiling water.
  3. Stir well with a spoon and leave to soak for 3 minutes.
