Cinnamon Rolls

Lovely and light viennoiserie with a fragrant cinnamon filling. Our cinnamon rolls are ideal for a winter coffee table spread. Baking in the oven, they smell wonderfully festive.

They’re really quick and easy to prepare, too. Simply shape the dough and filling into a roll, cut into slices and bake. So you have even more time to enjoy the festive season together.


What else you’ll need

  • 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 100 ml cold water for the cinnamon filling
  • a little wheat flour for rolling out


Make the filling and dough:

  1. 1. First of all, pre-heat the oven top and bottom heat to approx. 180°C (fan approx. 160°C).
  2. Put the cinnamon filling mix in a mixing bowl, mix with cold water and leave to soak.
  3. Put the baking mix, milk and cooking oil in another mixing bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer (dough hook) briefly on the lowest setting at first, then mix into a dough in around 3 minutes.

Roll out the dough:

  1. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, knead it into a smooth ball on a lightly floured surface and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (32 x 24 cm).
  3. Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the dough, leaving an edge around 0.5 cm wide.

Make and bake the rolls:

  1. Roll up the dough from the long side and cut the roll into slices approx. 2 cm thick using a sharp serrated knife. Wipe the knife with a damp cloth in between.
  2. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sugar crystals.
  3. Bake on the middle shelf of the preheated oven for around 17-20 minutes.


  1. Once baked, place the baking tray on a wire rack and leave the rolls to cool on the baking tray.
  2. Carefully remove the cooled rolls from the baking paper.
