We recommend baking the mix in a conventional oven.
baking mixture: wheat flour, sugar, starch, baking powder (acid diphosphates, raising agent sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (E 475, E 471), salt, flavouring.
marzipan filling (16,2%): sugar, 27% marzipan raw mass (almonds, sugar, water, bitter almonds), modified starch, gelling agent pectins.
cocoa contaning fat glaze (15,2%): sugar, vegetable fats (palm, cocos, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder (20%), lactose, emulsifiers lecithins.
