Cocoa Cake Glaze 500 g

The crowning glory of your bake – our cocoa cake glaze adds a sparkling and delicious highlight to your creations.

It’s incredibly easy to use, with a remarkable rich and chocolatey flavour. Ideal for decorating and glazing biscuits, cakes and other bakes. It’s easy to make the glaze with its handy 500 g tub using a water bath or microwave. The glaze is gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats.


To make in the water bath:

  1. remove the required amount of glaze, put in a cup or glass bowl and dissolve in the water bath. Apply the liquid glaze to the bake using the spoon or a brush.
  2. The glaze can also be warmed directly in the beaker.

Note: make sure no water ends up in the glaze!

To make in the microwave:

  1. remove the lid and place the beaker in the microwave. Heat on low power (no more than 240 watts) for 3 – 4 minutes until the glaze is liquid.
  2. Heat in the microwave again for a short while if necessary. Stir occasionally.

Note: Heating on too high a setting or for too long may affect the quality of the glaze.
