Coconut Macaroons

In the Christmas bakery

Our coconut macaroons are crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. A fine baking wafer serves as the basis for the fluffy coconut macaroon mass. They convince not only by the wonderfully aromatic taste, but also by the conceivably simple preparation.


You still need: 
  • 4 eggs (size M)



  1. Separate the eggs. Place the baking mix and egg whites in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk attachment) on medium speed until combined.


  1. Place the baking wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the coconut macaroon mixture on the baking wafers using 2 teaspoons (alternatively by hand) and bake in a preheated oven on the middle shelf.
  2. If using convection oven, the baking time will be extended by about 5 minutes.

Allow to cool

  1. Remove the coconut macaroons from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet.


Baking mixture: coconut flakes (47 %), sugar, starch.

baking wafers (2,6 %): wheat flour, starch.
