The no-bake cake

What makes this cheesecake special? It doesn’t need baking! The light cream filing made with cream cheese is wonderfully fresh and smooth and perfectly topped off by the fruity strawberry sauce.

Cheesecake made easy

Our no-bake cheesecake isn’t just wonderfully easy to make – it’s a stunning addition to any table. The creamy consistency and fruity flavour make it an unforgettable and unmissable taste sensation.

Our Strawberry Cheesecake is perfect for special occasions or as a gift idea for friends and family. With our no-bake cheesecake, you can whip up a delicious treat in an instant and bring the American-style delicacy to your dining table.


For the base:

  • 40 g soft butter
  • 15 ml (approx. 2 tbsp) water

For the cream:

  • 400 g cold whipping cream
  • 400 g cream cheese

For the strawberry sauce:

  • 40 ml (approx. 4 tbsp) lukewarm water


Make the cake base:

  1. Line a springform tin (26 cm) with baking paper. Add the soft butter, water and mix for the base into a mixing bowl and work it into crumbs with your hands.
  2. Tip the crumbs into the springform tin, smooth with the back of a tablespoon and gently press down on the base of the springform tin.

Make the cream filling:

  1. Add the cream cheese, cold whipping cream and cream powder to a mixing container and beat using an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting at first, then on the highest setting for at least 1 minute, until the mix becomes firm.
  2. Spread the cream evenly on the cake base.

Cool and serve:

  1. Put the cake in the fridge for at least one hour. Before serving, loosen the edges of the springform tin using a knife.
  2. Finally, stir together the mix for the strawberry sauce with the lukewarm water and drizzle decoratively over the cake.

Tip: Cream cheese can be substituted with 400 g of quark for the cream filling.


Mixture cake base: wheat flour, sugar, salt, caramel powder (caramel, maltodextrin), natural flavouring.

36 % creme powder: sugar, maltodextrin, modified starch, acid citric acid.

8,3 % strawberry sauce powder: sugar, modified starch, 0, 7 % strawberry puree, maltodextrin, acid citric acid, natural flavouring, colouring food beetroot juice concentrate.
