Organic Gelatine, powdered

Organic gelatine is a versatile kitchen ingredient – it can be used in tasty desserts, pie creams or glazes. It is also ideal for dividing into small portions, sure to succeed and easy to use.

All ingredients of our organic gelatine also come from certified controlled organic farming. Enough for 500 ml fluid, equal to 6 gelatine leaves.

Preparation

  1. Mix the contents of the sachet with 4-6 tbsp cold water and leave the mixture to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. For cold mixtures: Heat the soaked gelatine, stirring constantly, until it dissolves completely. Add a few tablespoons of the cold mixture to the gelatine and stir through quickly. Slowly stir in the rest of the cold mixture.
  3. For hot mixtures: Add the soaked gelatine directly to the hot (not boiling) liquid. The gelatine dissolves when stirred.
