Powdered Gelatine, white

Our powdered gelatine makes pie cream, jellies and sweet dishes a sure-fire success. It is also ideal for dividing into small portions, sure to succeed and easy to use.

One pack is the equivalent of 6 leaves of gelatine and is enough for 500 ml fluid.

Preparation

  1. Mix the contents of the sachet with 4-6 tbsp cold water and leave the mixture to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. For cold mixtures: Heat the soaked gelatine, stirring constantly, until it dissolves completely. Add a few tablespoons of the cold mixture to the gelatine and stir through quickly. Slowly stir in the rest of the cold mixture.
  3. For hot mixtures: Add the soaked gelatine directly to the hot (not boiling) liquid. The gelatine dissolves when stirred.
