There’s nothing more wonderful on those autumn and winter nights than getting in from the cold and curling up under a blanket with a warm and comforting bowl of rice pudding. We’ve got a quick-stir version with a tasty vanilla flavour for all fans of rice pudding. Whether as a dessert or a sweet main course, this rice dish is balm for the soul.
It’s nice and easy to make. Simply stir into 500 ml of hot milk and leave to soak for 10 minutes – and you’re done. All burn-free. Some like it with cinnamon and sugar. Others love it with fresh fruit or compote.
