Gourmet Chocolate and Almond Custard Dessert

Chocolate custard is an absolute dessert classic. Everyone remembers being allowed to scrape the rest out of the pot when mum or gran used to make custard – unforgettable!

Get back a little bit of your childhood with every spoonful and enjoy the unique taste of our chocolate custard dessert. Every spoonful is a delight, as this extra chocolatey pudding with finely chopped almonds is a perfect dessert combination. Simply mix with boiling milk and the dessert is ready to serve.


What else you’ll need

  • 500 ml (1/2 l) milk
  • 50 g sugar


  1. Set aside around 6 tablespoons of the 500 ml (1/2 l) milk and mix with the dessert powder and around 2 heaped tablespoons of sugar (50 g).
  2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Remove the milk from the hob, add the mixed powder and bring to the boil properly again, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour the dessert into dessert glasses or a glass bowl and chill.

To turn out: Pour the dessert into a mould rinsed with clean water, chill and turn out when fully cooled.
