Vanilla-flavoured Pie Cream

With our vanilla pie cream, it’s relatively quick and really easy to whip up a cream pie! Simply beat the cream powder with cold milk and refine to your taste. But our pie cream is even more versatile than that. It can also be used for a classic buttercream for decorating pies, small bakes and cupcakes.


What else you’ll need

  • 250 ml (1/4 l) cold milk (1.5% fat)


  1. Pour 250 ml cold milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the contents of the sachet and beat using an electric hand mixer (whisk) on a low setting first of all, then on the highest setting for 2-3 minutes.
  3. You can adapt and enhance the cream you make depending on your tastes and requirements.

You can also mix pie cream with butter:

  1. simply melt 80 – 100 g butter and cool.
  2. Then add the melted butter to the cream mixed with milk and beat for around 1 minute longer.
